Georgia Hardinge (STILL)

The wonderful guys at Trace PR put me in touch with amazing and charismatic designer Georgia Harding to work with her on her SS13 collection video "STILL"

With the help of the wonderful Greg Kara and Lea James we headed down to an old bank in london to film non underwater shots of the video bright on early on a chilly morning,,,,,

with that all wrapped up by midday we all  boarded a coach and heading to a wonderful underwater studio just outside london.

The result is a stunning video the makeup was kept very raw with just a hint of colour on the lips and a little shimmer on the eyes...........

As most of you know I LOVE LOVE shooting underwater and this video was no exception I had a blast.

NOLCHA FW NEW YORK SS13

After finishing the last show at westfield it was time to head to the airport ready for NYC fashion week it was a fleeting vist for only 4 days to work with the wonderful team and 15 designers at this years NOLCHA fashion week NYC as well as attending a few shows myself and catching up with the NYC gang.

We had a huge team of 25 AOFM pro makeup artists working backstage using wonderful makeup forever as our sponsor......

Westfield london fashion weekend

Just before jetting off to NYFW I had a last min job come in for westfield london 

To Key and Take over the makeup team from Terry Barry for the last 3 days of there A/W shows

So my amazing team and I went down to westfield for 3 fun filed days of makeup backstage..... 

We all had such a fab time the whole backstage team and models were wonderful and a joy to work with have a litte lookie at the video below to see the show ..... 

Major update -

As some of you mite know due to personal reasons I took a little time out after fashion week and updating my blog has been the last thing on my mind.....  this year has been testing but im happy to say in my time of need my loving family and the creative community really supported me and showed me there love.

It proved to me that I am very blessed and although it can be so tough being a creative I wouldn't want to be anywhere but here rite now.........

I have started working and shooting again and have some wonderful things happening over the next couple of months :)

So I will try and keep you all up to date but i thought i would post a few links and videos to some fashion week stuff, a few new shoots and a couple of music videos I have had the pleasure of working on but just not had the time to plus ;p xxx

Christopher Raeburn SS13

My 2nd show for mens collections was for the charming Christopher Raeburn who closed the London BFC showspace....

The atmosphere backstage was very chilled, makeup was again clean & fresh and a little dewy.....

Matthew Miller SS13

2012 was a fitting year to host the first ever London's Men Collections, I was lucky enough to key two shows for the debut event at the BFC showspace and in true fashion week style I ended up running from shoot to show to event with the lovely Lea James along for another crazy ride ;p

The 1st show I keyed was for the amazingly talented Matthew Miller backstage was a little crazy having to get 15 models ready in such a cramped space but as always Mathews team was a pleasure to work with and the show went off without a hitch :)
(although I did smash a powder all over the show space floor during rehearsal) DUH!!!!! :0

Makeup was very clean and simple with the main focus on skincare and grooming....

Neon Video "Queen Of Hearts"

A few weeks back I was asked to do makeup for the LOVELY queen of hearts... for her epic video NEON

The video was directed and art directed by Between Man And Beast a very talented friend and collaborator of mine, I have worked with QOH and her amazing team before so really it was a no brainer
go to set paint boys in black latex do some pretty dewy glam makeup and LMAO all day  "is this what we call work' Oliver Vaughn her stylist is one of the loves of my life so he kept me equally entertained. hehehe

Tom Hiddleston For 1883

A few months back I was lucky enough to get asked to shoot with the charming Tom Hiddleston one of the stars of Midnight In Paris, Warhorse and The Avengers to name a few ...... little bit of simple grooming on my part and some lovely hair from Ben Gregory and we were set to go..... it was a really fun laid back shoot and here are the results ;p enjoy x
